小叶鹤望兰较鹤望兰叶子小;叶梗较长，显叶梗。花梗较长;植株高。小叶鹤望兰总苞片红色。小叶鹤望兰strelitzia parvifolia dry为strelit; isreginae与strelitzia juncea杂交种。
